PROCESS TAKING ACTION

When putting my research plan into action, the first thing I did was go to a sports store and buy some cones which I would then be able to use for making my exercises. For this product, it was necessary for me to have cones, a working camera (using a phone), and a soccer ball (which I would use for 2 of my exercises). To further develop my product, I took action and found a field near my house which was beneficial since I was able to use it to train and do my workout.

Some changes I had to make to my ideas was in the beggining of this entire project, when I was very indecisive as to what I would do for my personal project. My first idea was to try and discover what the best recipe for pizza dough would be, and then as my final product make a video instructing how to make it. This seemed like a good idea but I then decided to do something more active and sporty since I thought that reflected my personality better.

One obstacle I ran into was in the beginning of this personal project I was supposed to do a 100 meter sprint to see how fast I was before doing the routine. Unfortunately, every single football club in Amstelveen and Amsterdam was closed due to the pandemic. This meant that I had to go to a normal grass field and record my time there. The problem was that when I did record my time, the ground was very muddy and sticky, which lead me to be extremely slower than usual. To solve this and make my project more fair/reliable, in the final run a few months later, I ran on another muddy surface.
