Personalised Workout Routine

MOTIVATION
My main motivation for making this product was triggered by my passion for football. I was noticing that my speed was not as fast as I wanted it to be - this led me to decide to make a personalized workout routine that would help me get faster in terms of sprinting and acceleration. My endurance had always been my strong point so I wanted to improve my short term sprints. By making this product I wanted to develop my speed so that I would perform better when playing football. Another motivation for making this product was to try and learn something new, which was actually 2 things for me: how to design exercises and how muscles work.

Previous experiences I have had relating to this topic are a personal training where I had did sprinting drills- I got a lot of inspiration from these drills and I used that inspiration to make my own exercises. This all connects to what I want to pursue in the future because I want to have a part-time job of being a trainer.
