PROCESS INVESTIGATING

I started investigating by researching on all of the different muscles which were used when sprinting and accelerating. This helped me a lot with designing my 6 exercises since I was able to make exercises which focused on specific muscles. I then researched on how different sprinting and agility exercises were designed - this helped me have a base idea for how to design my own exercises. An example of agility exercises can be found in the bottom right corner of this page - I used this image as an inspiration for my own exercises. I tried to make my exercises similarly designed since in my opinion they looked very clear and concise. 

 

The next investigation phase for me was to have an interview with my personal trainer - I cleared all of my doubts with him and asked him useful questions regarding my topic. Let's not forget that I also researched from various sources such as books and articles.
