Inquiry Question - How can I improve my speed and acceleration in the range of 6 months by following a personalized workout routine which is connected to football?

What I did - My Personal Project was to make a video about my own personalized workout routine. The aim of following this routine was to increase my speed and acceleration of the length of a full football field (around 100 meters). I made a video showing all of the exercises which I personally created and then showed the final result of my speed before the routine and after the routine.
